The Bluetooth And Our Health
is still wonderful! These days , the shuttle Endeavour space travel and astronauts meet in space station. Hence, perhaps, one day they will leave to other stars. Incredible success of human intelligence and teamwork!
But despite this great achievement, one wonders: Why all this? What do we want ? We feel we too cramped on our planet? What pushes us to come out well? Scientific curiosity? Desire of conquest? What else?
mixed with admiration, criticism is not lacking in the people. I mean all that money spent while ... But I'm not sure there would be fewer poor and hungry if all those billions had been used for humanitarian purposes! It seems clear that the root cause of poverty is elsewhere: in the heart of man, and I can not rule out mine!
But after this digression, let us see things differently. We can not stop humans from the natural desire to progress. Desire for expansion, discovery, and perhaps a new world where peace and brotherhood, etc.. I do not know if this reasoning is that researchers at the NASA . Even without religious references, we all have, more or less, a kind of nostalgia for a happiness that had already existed, a "lost paradise". How did he lost and how do I find? Outside of biblical revelation (1), I do not see an answer.
Some progress in seeking a solution to our prison in this world. It would be unwise to disparage the progress itself. It can obviously improve our living conditions. Does it still it facing the right direction. But he can never free ourselves from the limitations of time and space. The solution is to another level.
This life, despite all its attractiveness and beauty of creation, is felt as a living "in exile". Hence the idea of a "lost paradise". We seek to "recover" our true country, a stable state, beyond time and space where there is universal brotherhood flawless.
It is indeed touching to see the astronauts arrived on the space station, kissing like old friends found when they were of different nationalities, above all political conflicts. But here, in these "reunion" aliens, time is still there. This famous time, because of the finiteness , aging men and things. We 're prisoners. The fact of escape from our planet and the laws of gravity does release or time or space.
should find something else that progress as we conceive it. Believers or not, we know only one thing we can free up time: death. Those who have been there never returned. We did not come back. Death is the cure for the door and lead us out of spacetime. Unless you prefer to see it pass into nothingness! Whatever our choice, it is a must. Live outside space-time, for the Christian faith, this is: eternity.
progress, spatial or otherwise, does not lead us to eternity. But it can be filled with the hope of eternity. In this case, death directs us to the right place and the proper remedy. If progress is definitely improves our earthly condition, and so much better, it can not however be confused with "Paradise Regained", our city final.
(1) For those who love theology and metaphysics, here is a document that can help them understand the "Paradise Lost":

How Many Calories In Homemade Pizza Dough?
"No is an island. "is the title of a book Thomas Merton . We are not isolated, but people in relationship. I return to this theme. However, although related, we live in a certain autonomy, that of our people. They can not be confused. So, like islands, we are also separated, but each island, links submarines invisible link us.
mysterious solidarity of people. These links secret key elements of our being, are the human community. They are the cause of suffering and joy. The two are inseparable. Ties that cause suffering, are also those who bring us joy. Sometimes, these links tend to diminish and disaparaƮtre . So the person wilts and becomes insensitive to nearby islands. Would that this spiritual death?
These links, as those that bind us to our source, those that bind us are spiritual in nature. They are no different. So that the interdependence which gives us pain and joy can exist only by our dependence on the Creator. But how to remove links that give us pain, without removing at the same time, those who give us joy? As for the "good wheat and the tares "of the gospel.
of being part of one whole, it is obvious that we all influence each other. Influence of example, words, thoughts, etc.. And good or bad! The saints themselves are people of great influence. But they found their strength and effectiveness elsewhere in themselves. I mean other than their voluntary me selfish . Therefore, they know they can be proud of.
Like those sailboats in the wind (wind = Spirit) they are driven by a foreign force to the oars and engine. The Saints know they are mus another . That's where they get their humility. They have nothing to do. Or almost! As the prayer weaves the secret links that had to keep strong. Just as the sailors were able to hoist the sails. But it's the wind that drives them.
In such a swarm of islands live, sometimes we are benefactors, victims, perpetrators, bystanders or the good or evil. Difficult to judge or condemn. The Gospel tells us: "Do not judge!" It is to our advantage, moreover, because if you do, "you will not be judged!" We're not better than others, but we will not be tried or sentenced. Just forgiven. It is the law from above!
Judges of our courts function is to judge actions, not people. And they awarded according to their code. As for us, bad evaluators intentions, yet the gospel makes us understand that, as Zacchaeus, the woman adultery, the Samaritan, the prodigal son, the good thief, and so others, "there, where we see the faults condemn, God sees creatures to help ..."

How To Know Wood Stove Temperature
"We can see well only if it does not seek interest in what is seen "(Christian Bobin )
ago looks like two of me. With which eye I look? The disinterested who just wants to see the truth? Or, that of" me "is still searching his interest? The first look is objective, the second not.
course, my argument is always" good show "but I know this is still inhabited by undesirable" me ", also called" intruders. "(See this blog 5 April 09). I know in my normal evolution, the intruder will disappear. But meanwhile, it is still there. It will seek inevitably interest. How then to see me while knowing weighed by him? Fortunately that 'with a little insight , its presence is relatively easy to detect.
He came into my body somehow, and has grown like a parasite. Where does it come ? And how to remove? According to the Buddhist method, I will not seek first to know its origin, but rather what to do with him. Regardless of where does the arrow that wounds me, I must first remove it from my injury!
A combat strategy against the enemy could well be this: to the extent possible, place the part of me that I most enlightened, that is to say, my person, (not my character ) over this formidable "Me." Watch it and accept it as the inevitable unwelcome guest with whom I shall call. I can not help it, there it is! So talk with him, listening, smiling, his false truths, not surprise me.
Its presence may also be agreeable to me. Flattering, his first reaction will probably be: Well, you're good! You are able to hold you over your ego. Great! you are truly like no other ! (1) Here, he speaks in disguising himself, he has a mask! I must not seem to bother him, to hurry. It may take revenge! Rather take it by gentleness. I'll talk to him as a good companion, but will disappear permanently the scenes ... Of course, he does not like that! It will hide better reappear. At this point, I turn around, unable to go further. How, then get out?
In my eye (the good, I hope!), One thing is certain: only a strong support, other than me, can rise above the enemy. God can be this single point of support. It is also there for that and I can not do without his help. The "me" is pride. I can not blame him, it is his nature! If he waives the pride he died instantly, and I'm relieved. Orientals call it liberation. But first, to be flushed out, I must acknowledge and accept that he debate "like a devil in holy water"
In this regard, we called Christ? "Who wants to save his life (his self) will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake shall find it (real life)" (2) We find this truth, spoken in a different form, in written oriental wisdom. But the source is the same. "We need that love eventually kill me. Otherwise, it's me who ends up killing the love" (3) It is good psychology!
The same author (3) tells us how love can only kill me: "The proud humiliated does not become humble her pride is insidious and venomous . What nourishes me humility This is not failure but success, and success in the highest and most free: that of love. My self disappears when my soul expands, invaded by a happiness undeserved and unexpected "
Orientals say, rather, instead of "erased" the self is eroding! He disappears into dwindling. A self that disappears into the society that we are, can seem a very small victory. But it is a significant gain, a further step in the human community "to the truth." Progress that allows a better understanding between us, and probably a more stable peace. Mr. Barack Obama seems to have taken this direction. Bravo!

Expecting A Baby Greeting Sample Card
"The reduction of the universe to a single being, and the expansion of a single being to God, that's love "( Victor Hugo )
According intuition of the poet, the universal and the particular does not seem to oppose. The love one can be lead to love of all beings. The simple reason we dictate the necessary condition: not being closed on itself. For then, the beloved becomes absolute, idol and love also closes to the transcendent, to God. There is a risk in human love. But now, this risk is also an opportunity and a springboard.
Some thinkers have even dared to say that human love was a trap. I do not like the arrangement, but it becomes acceptable when it adds a trap divine a trap set by God. Understand: God is universal love does not tend a trap like a bad hunter! The words also are a trap ...
"The prudent avoid this trap, but the wise men were deceived, because you have this foolishness to attain true wisdom. Plato approves the delirium of love sensitive and Rochefoucauld recognizes that those who live without folly is not so wise as he thinks "(1)
I do not think we should condemn the" conservative "or applaud the "Wise". The choice may well be a matter of vocation. In many cases, human love begins with an irrational attachment: "I love only you." But that exclusivity is difficult to reconcile with the universal love that God asks us to love our enemies. Of course, this "impossible" universal love we put the bar very high, and does not seem very romantic, if somewhat abstract. What
would it add to make it more acceptable to our "me" rather selfish? Baudelaire, quoted by Thibon, says: "If the idea of virtue and love Universal is not involved in all our pleasures, our pleasures become torture and remorse "We need the talents of a Beaudelaire to say it in one sentence.
It is good to join the two extremes and live together. God alone is universal, while the beloved is particularly limited. The love of the universal separately makes it even more "limited and opaque." This limited love can lead to a dead lover, to make it inaccessible transcendence of both desired and lost. Spiritual Experience painful confronts a disillusionment which is often frustrated by human love.
Fortunately, the apparent impasse is not without solution. If human love sucks, more or less consciously, by exceeding the limits, it will not be a trap but a springboard. It is probably in the sense that it should be understood that this trap is "divine". Can put this in relation to these words of Christ: "I have come to light a fire on the earth"?
Exceeding our limits, however, must be understood not as an attempt by me on himself. He is quite incapable. But rather as an opening force that can save us. "Abandon yourself entirely to the fire of love, let yourself be consumed by him to the point where, finding no impurities to power the smoke, the flame turns any light ... It is the only smokeless fire in him must transmute our passions. "(1)
