MALI: CELEBRATION OF THE FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF GARBAGE IN THE MIDDLE CHILDREN

At a time when preparations are underway for the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary with great fanfare their "independence" of Malians face the threat of one of the "12 plagues of Egypt": the FEVER.

Indeed, despite the cry of heart on this blog launched (''Outbreak''dirt in Bamako), Mali's capital began its stride in the breakdown in the most primitive sense of the word. CURSE OF A STINK seems to have hit the city of Bamako. It is assailed by an omnipresent smell of garbage WET, with a plague of rats and bugs who spared nothing in their path.

incivisme SUMMIT OF DIRECTORS

This scourge has nothing to do with any fatality. It is rather a depressing banality: the incivility of the Malian authorities. The problem lies at the very people who are supposed to not only set a good example, but take initiatives in this area. Not only MAYORS Bamako do their job properly, they prevent ADDITION good will to make themselves useful. The

SERVICES GARBAGE COLLECTION - private organizations that citizens pay to remove their garbage-are literally paralyzed by obscure administrative decisions. For several weeks, they are denied access to public dumps. Carted from left to right, and not knowing where to head, they are forced to penalize their customers by letting them plan their overflowing bins. Result: it is hard to step into the streets and in the course of Bamako without encountering piles of waste. What are the inner streets of neighborhoods and courtyards that serve as dumps substitution. One way for the Malian authorities to hide the hideous face Public places and to confine it in less visible places - on the eve of the fiftieth anniversary.

This ostrich policy is like a real CONSPIRACY OF STATE cons of Malian citizens under the double-suffocating stench of filth and outrage. More of their unscrupulous
MISSION FACT that the well-being, the Malian authorities scrambling mask with paint rust stain on the old systems (like the Bridge of Martyrs), to plug a few potholes and to inaugurate the new achievements for the great exhibition in sight. In short, to the beautiful the public square, while leaving the inside dirty!

Yet a tiny portion of the billions invested in the organization of the fiftieth anniversary of the band would be enough to relieve the people of this biblical plagues ...
